Why do we need a dental society?

The Australian Veterinary Dental Society is a special interest group of the Australian Veterinary Association. The society promotes the importance of oral health in ours pets, domesticated animals, native and exotic animals.

The AVDS is actively involved in education of vets, nurses and the general public about veterinary dentistry.

Membership of the AVDS is open to any member of the Australian Veterinary Association. To join this Special interest group, membership application is made throught the AVA - please visit their website, or phone membership servcies on 1300 137 309.

Associate membership or subscription is available to any other veterinarian or veterinary nurse.
